Can I change my order after finalising my purchase?
Unfortunately, this will be difficult to do. However, we will try to accommodate changes in orders whenever possible. Please send us an email on email@example.com and we will do our best. Otherwise, please see our return policy below.
How can I track my order?
You will find a tracking number within the confirmation e-mail sent to you at the completion of your purchase. Additionally, if you have registered to our website, you may login and find the tracking number under your orders.
I haven’t received the confirmation e-mail.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you didn’t receive an email to your inbox. If you are still having issues, please send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you can provide and we will send you a new confirmation e-mail.
Can I include a monogram on my socks?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at the moment. However, we may be able to accommodate special requests for certain quantities, please send us an e-mail on email@example.com and we will find a way to make it happen

Currency and Charges
The prices specified on our website are in Euros. These exclude any possible delivery charges and/or custom duties. We are not responsible for any in currency rate conversion that your bank or credit card company may charge. There are no custom duties within the EU.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order had not be processed yet then we can cancel the order and return your money immediately. If the order has already shipped, you can return the socks to us and we will reimburse you for the price of the socks. Any delivery costs paid by the customer will not be reimbursed. Please check our delivery policy for further information.
How long does delivery take?
All order are shipped from Italy and will depend on where in the world you are. Delivery can take anywhere between 3 and 10 days depending on your location. This time frame is just an estimate and will depend on your local courier service. Additionally, customs differ from country to country and could delay the delivery of an order or levy an additional duty onto your order

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 21 days from the transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should confirm that the merchandise is unworn with all labels and packaging intact. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
A full refund on the merchandise will be provided. If customer was not eligible for free delivery, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any items lost during the return shipping will not be the responsibility of Retouche.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
Please send us an email on email@example.com with your name, email address, order number, and which items you would like refunded/exchanged. We would also love to receive your feedback on the reason for the refund/exchange as it helps us improve our product and service.
Our socks are predominantly made from premium fil d’ecosse cotton and it is therefore recommended to wash them at 30deg C.

Other than the various campaigns we will be running throughout the year, please note that everytime you will buy a bundle (combination of 4 socks), you will get an automatic 10% discount.
How do I use my Coupon Code
At checkout, include the Coupon Code in the correct box and click ‘apply’. The page will refresh and your new total will be calculated.
